PERSONAL TRAINING AT RNF.

A coach's full attention, every session. No group to work around, no one-size plan. Just a program built around your goals, your schedule, and where you're actually starting from.

IS ONE-ON-ONE COACHING THE RIGHT FIT?

  • Do you want a program built entirely around your goals, not a class everyone does together?
  • Are you coming back from an injury or dealing with a limitation a group class can't work around?
  • Do you want someone watching your movement and adjusting it every single rep?
  • Does your schedule make a fixed class time hard to commit to?
  • Would you rather start privately before ever stepping into a group setting?

If any of that sounds like you, personal training is built for exactly this. If you're not sure, that's what the intro is for.

HOW IT WORKS

A PROGRAM BUILT FOR ONE PERSON: YOU.

1
FREE INTRO & TOUR
Talk through your goals, history, and schedule with a coach. No workout required.
2
STARTING POINT
Your coach looks at where you're actually at: movement, experience, limitations, time.
3
YOUR SESSIONS
One-on-one time, scheduled around you, with a program that adjusts as you progress.
4
COACHING EVERY REP
Your coach is watching and adjusting the whole session, not writing a plan and stepping back.

WHAT ONE-ON-ONE SOLVES

PROBLEMS A GROUP CLASS CAN'T ALWAYS SOLVE.

  • Coming back from an injury or surgery and needing a plan built around it, not in spite of it
  • Wanting to learn a lift or movement correctly before doing it in a group setting
  • A schedule that doesn't line up with class times
  • Wanting privacy and individual attention while you build confidence
  • A specific goal, like an event or a number you're chasing, that needs a plan built just for it
IF YOU ALREADY TRAIN AT RNF

PERSONAL TRAINING CAN STAND ALONE OR WORK ALONGSIDE YOUR OTHER TRAINING.

Some members use personal training as their only training. Others use it to work on something specific, like a lift, a limitation, or a goal, alongside CrossFit classes. Either way, your coach builds the plan around the rest of what you're doing, so it works with your training instead of against it.

YOUR COACH

COACHED BY A CERTIFIED CROSSFIT LEVEL 3 COACH.

  • Kevin Morgan, CrossFit Level 3 Coach, RNF's owner and head coach
  • In personal training, you're working directly with him, every session, not passed off to whoever's coaching that day
  • Programs are built around your specific goal, history, and schedule, not a template

NOT SURE IF YOU NEED ONE-ON-ONE OR A CLASS? THAT'S WHAT THE INTRO IS FOR.

QUESTIONS

WHAT PEOPLE ASK BEFORE THEY START

Do I need to already work out to start personal training?
No. Personal training is often the starting point for people who want individual attention before ever training in a group.
Can I do personal training and CrossFit classes?
Yes. Many members do both. Your coach builds your personal training plan around the rest of your training.
How do I know if I need personal training or just a class?
That's exactly what the Free Intro & Tour is for. Your coach will help you figure out which fits.

A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU, NOT A CLASS SCHEDULE.

THAT'S WHAT THE INTRO IS FOR.
