RUNNING AT RNF.

Show up for a free group run every Monday, or get a running plan built around your own goals with a coach checking in every week. Either way, you don't have to figure it out alone.

THE MOST COMMON WORRY

YOU DON'T HAVE TO ALREADY BE A RUNNER.

You don't need a race history, a fast mile time, or the right shoes figured out before you start. Show up to Run Club and see how it feels, or talk it through at your Free Intro & Tour.

Just don't expect it to stay easy forever. RNF believes in doing hard things. The coaching just makes sure it's the right hard thing for you, at the right time.

WANT MORE STRUCTURE?

RUNNING COACHING.

Run Club is the easy entry point. If you want a plan built around a specific goal, running coaching pairs you with a coach who looks at your mileage, your form, and how your body's responding, then adjusts the plan every week, not just once at the start.

HOW COACHING WORKS

A PLAN BUILT FOR YOU. NOT A TEMPLATE.

1
FREE INTRO & TOUR
Talk through your running history, goals, and schedule with your coach. No run required.
2
STARTING POINT
Your coach looks at where you're actually at: mileage, pace, injury history, time you have to give it.
3
YOUR PLAN
A running plan built around your goal and your life, not a template pulled off the internet.
4
WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Every week: how the running felt, what hurt, what to adjust before next week.
5
GOAL DAY
Support all the way to the day you're training for, whatever that day is.
RUNNING WITH INJURIES

AN INJURY DOESN'T MEAN YOU STOP RUNNING.

For coached runners, the plan can flex. If soreness, pain, or an existing limitation changes what's reasonable for the week, your coach adjusts the plan around it instead of running you through it.

Running coaching isn't a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment. If something needs a doctor or physical therapist, that comes first. Your coach builds the plan around their guidance from there.

  • Weekly check-ins mean your coach knows what's sore or tight before the next week's plan is set
  • Plans get adjusted around pain and how your body's responding, not pushed through it
  • Coming back from an existing injury is a starting point, not a disqualifier

YOUR COACH

COACHED BY SOMEONE ACTUALLY CERTIFIED TO COACH RUNNING.

  • Kevin Morgan: CrossFit Level 3 Coach and RRCA Level 1 Running Coach
  • You're working directly with him, every week, not handed off to an app or a template
  • Builds your coaching around your actual race or goal, not a one-size plan
IF YOU ALREADY TRAIN AT RNF

RUNNING WORKS ALONGSIDE THE REST OF YOUR TRAINING.

You don't have to choose between CrossFit and running. Run Club and running coaching both get built around the rest of your training, so one doesn't wreck the other.

NOT SURE WHICH ONE FITS? THAT'S WHAT THE INTRO IS FOR.

QUESTIONS

WHAT PEOPLE ASK BEFORE THEY START

Is RNF Run Club really free?
Yes. Every Monday at 5:30 PM. No sign-up, no membership required, just show up.
Do I need running experience to start?
No. Some people coming to Run Club have never run consistently before. Others already run and want a coach behind it. Both start the same way: showing up, or a conversation about where you're at.
How do I know if I want Run Club or coaching?
If you want company and no commitment, start with Run Club. If you want a plan built around a specific goal with someone checking in on it every week, that's coaching. A Free Intro & Tour can help you figure out which one, too.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT FIGURED OUT ALONE.

THAT'S WHAT THE INTRO IS FOR.
